TriBeCa Synagogue is a traditional synagogue with a welcoming Jewish community in downtown Manhattan, open to all levels of Jewish learning and experience.. The flame-shaped building is an architectural must-see of New York City, designed in 1967 by architect William Breger.

1956 by Eli Gross
Tribeca Synagogue is honored to host 1956, a powerful solo exhibition by Israeli artist Eli Gross.
Through sculpture and installation, Gross traces a personal and collective journey from Jerusalem to Manhattan, exploring identity, memory, survival, and hope.
The exhibition features the Menorah of Hope, first displayed in Hostages Square in Tel Aviv, alongside works by additional Israeli artists reflecting diverse voices within Israeli society.
Exhibition runs March 8–22, 2026. Opening event March 8 at 7:00 PM
