Sukkot & Simchat Torah

Celebrate Sukkot with our Tribeca community.
Festive meals in the sukkah, decorating together, lulav & etrog, services and Simchat Torah dancing.

Rabbi’s Message

The hard work of the Days of Awe pays off during the holiday of Sukkot. Whether it’s basking in the holy ambience of the Sukkah or being allowed to hold God’s sceptre (the lulav), these privileges are only appropriate upon the completion of the 10 Days of Penitence. TriBeCa Synagogue is a place like no other in lower Manhattan that offers the unlimited opportunity to enjoy the holiday. The community comes together in our spacious Sukkot to enjoy the holiday meals and we provide the lulav and etrog to accompany services in our beautiful sanctuary. Please register as soon as possible if you’re joining us for catered meals the first two nights of Sukkot and we will provide kiddush for the daytime, along with your requests for lulav and etrog. And for the intermediary days we will be selling lunches in the sukkah. We will conclude with joyous dancing in the plaza on Simchat Torah so please build our numbers and make it both meaningful and memorable.
